<br />Meteobridge needs your OK to the license agreement before you are able to reach the other configuration pages. I guess you will not find something surprising in the license agreement, but please do read it before you accept by setting your mark.

==How to License?== <!--T:3-->
+
==Status== <!--T:3-->
When you purchase an already licensed Meteobridge, you will just see a small license section which displays the license code. Otherwise, you will be offered two ways to move your meteobridge from a 14 day tryout version to a fully licensed version.
+
Status field displays date and time of last upload to selected weather networks and activated push services. Notification includes information, if upload was successful. In case of a successful upload you find a green mark, if it did fail you see a red mark and an error description.
# '''PayPal''' payment is fully integrated in Meteobridge. When you have a PayPal account you can purchase a license with just a few clicks. Click onto the PayPal button which will will start a PayPal payment workflow. When purchase is finished, your browser will return to Meteobridge and licensing is instantly done. In addition to that you will also receive an invoice email for your documents, stating that you have purchased a license for this particular system.
+
# A '''License Key''' provided by smartbedded UG or the reseller you got the Meteobridge from can be inserted into the "License Key" field. Afterwards press "Register" to have the license applied to your system.

==Live Data== <!--T:4-->
When licensing has been done successfully "Register" and "PayPal" options disappear. When you run into problems during licensing process, please contact "license(at)meteobridge.com".

This section shows current measurements of all sensors Meteobridge has received data for. "Signal" column displays how much time has passed since the last update of the sensor. Measurements are given in metric units and imperial units in parallel. A low battery symbol at the end indicates that battery power of the sensor is towards a critical level. Please inspect your weather station's console to decide if batteries need to be replaced or not, Meteobridge just works with rough estimates on this.

==License Agreement== <!--T:5-->
+
==Historical Data== <!--T:5-->
Below you find the complete license text in an easier to read way (no scrolling). As meteobridge consists of separate parts, terms of usage have to reflect this. Most interesting question might be what part is Open Source (OpenWrt, under GPL) and what is propriatory owned and copyrighted by smartbedded UG. All propriatory parts are in strict compliance to Open Source license models. Dynamic and static linking is restricted to Linux libraries under LGPL. No GPL code is linked by or included into meteobridge application software stack. How to get access to the Open Source part of a meteoplug system (including information about a toolchain and the configuration files) is explained in section "Open Source Obligations" available from the menu on the left.
+
Meteobridge also keeps track of some historical data like min/max values of the day, month, year. As this information would be lost during a powercycle or reboot, Meteobridge does store this information on the Meteobridge Internet server in regular intervals. After a restart of your Meteobridge devices data is restored from there so that statistics have a chance to be correct even over a longer time period.

When you move your mouse over historical data and click, a dialog will pop-up which allows you to change historical values. Current values will be displayed in metric and imperial units. When you input data, you can use metric units (default when no unit is specified) or imperial units, which needs the unit to be added after the digits. Please only use one type of units, don't type in both values. The missing unit will be computed automatically. When you save changes, display will be refreshed and shows data you have updated.

Live Data

This section shows current measurements of all sensors Meteobridge has received data for. "Signal" column displays how much time has passed since the last update of the sensor. Measurements are given in metric units and imperial units in parallel. A low battery symbol at the end indicates that battery power of the sensor is towards a critical level. As this information would be lost during a powercycle or reboot, Meteobridge does store this information on the Meteobridge Internet server in regular intervals.
